Enduro Tour Cancellations can be made in the following ways
120 days before the ride: you can change your tour dates subject to availability. We understand if personal problems arise. We shall retain your deposits to suit the new dates.
Or
120 days before the tour start date a refund can be made in full, less the bank fees needed to transfer the money to your account.
120 to 90 days before the tour start date, a 50% fee will apply to your deposits and returned to bank account less bank fees.
No refund given for cancellations of less than 90 days or ‘No shows’ for any of our tours, from 90 days all bike hire and Hotels will booked and paid for in Full hence no refund.
Please be sure to read the above conditions and email us if you anticipate any problems. We aim to be an understanding tour company.
Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions ensure that the contract between you the ‘rider’ and Enduro Tour Thailand is secure :
• The rider must email the booking form to us and pay the deposit to ensure each booking is made without complications.
• The rider must notify Enduro Tours Thailand of any cancellation or change as explained on web site.
• All payments must be made on time to Enduro Tours Thailand as detailed on web site.
• Enduro Tours Thailand is not responsible for any out-of-pocket expenses, flights insurance etc…
• All relevant insurances must be emailed to us at least two weeks before your tour start date.
• The rider is solely responsible for his own belongings – Enduro Tours Thailand accepts no responsibility for any personal equipment or belongings lost or stolen during a tour.
• All bike damage to be paid in full after the tour to the hire bike shop.
• Once the tour has finished, each rider is responsible for their own Hotels, meals and flight bookings.
• In case of bad weather we will discuss with all riders a new route to suit our needs if necessary.
• We reserve the right to discontinue touring with any rider who has bad influences on the tour and other riders in the group as follows (constantly disobeys the road laws and creates conflicts with other riders in the group)
• We are not responsible for any unforeseen delays on your flight booking before and after your tour, so make sure you arrive in Chiang Mai at least 2 days prior to the start date of your tour.
• The rider shall inform Enduro Tours Thailand of any illness during the tour so that assistance can be provided .
• If the rider has any complaints, please inform Enduro Tour Thailand immediately so a timely resolution can be arranged.
• The rider agrees that he or she has read and understood the terms and conditions above and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions when joining the tour organised by Enduro Tours Thailand. He or she also confirms that he or she declares himself or herself medically fit to join and complete the tour.
