You need to bring the printed and signed copy with you when you come to Thailand.

Once your form has been received, it will be processed and approved. A tour deposit of AUD $750.00 (or equivalent) shall be paid to Enduro Tours Thailand Bank Account. This will ensure that the the Enduro Tour dates booked. The balance is to be paid on the day before the tour starts in Cash E.g AUD,GBP,USD,EUR,THB (No Credit Cards Accepted)
